I am in love with making my own packaging and display. Now I am suppose to keep a consistent theme going, but I could not pass up FREE. 60 boards and they already have the holes. All it took was some stamps and ink and I have a DIY display.

Front side
Here is what I did with them.
First, I picked the stamps I would use to decorate. I only needed a few. My favorite is the Sincerely and Live, Laugh and Love stamp.
The same goes for the inks I use. Just a few.
****Note, most of the inks I picked up from thrift shops, garage sale and as you can see 50 cents at Jo-Ann Fabrics*******
To make it interesting, I just repeated the same stamp on each card. I plan to use them to display my beaded bookmarks and key rings., which I will showing later.o I plan to add my business logo on the back side. Stay tune.
It is so good to have to the time to make things and get them together. I have not had this kind of freedom in a long time. I am having the time of my life. Since I have so many interest, I spread a lot of my post around. To see my one of card display projects, check out my other post. Now that I have the time, I might as well make use of it. My latest creations.
It did not bother me, that they had another company's name on them. That is what I like about them, plus the fact they were FREE.
These bags were FREE. I can always spot a winner. I will keep saying FREE. It feels good inside.
All I had to do was to add my label to the bag. Ownership.
They are perfect for holding my long necklaces. I like the hole at the top.
I can use it to hang on my peg board display, whenever I get it built.
You don't have to spend money on expensive displays and jewelry holders.
A little imagination goes a long way.
FREE(there is that word again) bags, labels from the dollar store and some ink.
More items for display. I had these boxes leftover. I like the gold colored boxes, but they are out of my price range at this moment. Why not decorate these boxes to add a little color to the table. I will be trying other methods as I go along.
Here are the color inks I used.
Now for the boxes. I have them in different sizes. I decided just to ink the edges. I think they turned out pretty nice.
******** A little note about the song above. I was watching an episode of Ray Donovan on Showtime. They played this hit. I had forgotten about this golden oldie. Big ups to Ray Donovan.********

New year, new energy, new me(hopefully). I decided to buy some equipment to take better pictures of my inventory. I finally broke down. Since I had some money on the books at Amazon, I was able to purchase a light tent, necklace display and a tripod. I made a light boxfrom cardboard( I am all about being frugal), but my work space is small and I needed something that I could collapse and put away. I would rather make a product than buy, but I needed to make my jewelry POP, I needed (wanted, you pick) these items. I just hope my frugal crowd understands.
I had never brought from Amazon before and I found the experience to be well..... alright.
I don't really know what I expected. More fanfare, light flashing, angels weeping.
Oh well, let me show you what I got.
Here is my light tent. A little smaller than I would like only 12 inches, but it will do. I have not tired it yet. I am going to ask a friend of my to build me a stand to hold my clamp lights that will surround the tent. This way I can get the crisp, clean white background for my jewelry.
My Tripod came in the mail next.
Eventually, I will purchase one that stands a little taller.
***Side Note - I will start all my blogs with music. It will be a link or as in this case a video. You can choose to play it or not. If you, sit back and enjoy as you read. If not, send me some suggestions. ***
I am revamping my business. Some things will stay the same and other's, well........ I have been DIYing (yes it is a word) a lot of my displays and holders. I will usually take garage sale items and thrift store finds to help set up my table. I try to have at least several different setups depending on the table and where I am vending. That's another post. Let me show what I have been working with and what I am working with now.
Separate the embroidery ring, stretching the fabric over the inner ring. Put the rings back to together keeping the material tight. Sew down the edges. This is a great holder for fish hook earrings. You can also hook the rings on a peg board.
I use this stand to hold my business cards. so that If I am busy, anyone can take card. Genius! I know you will agree.
Coffee cup stand is great for bracelets.
Another bracelet holder. I actually got this at a after Christmas sale for 75 cents.
This is the only jewelry display, I have brought brand new. It holds a multitude of necklaces. and it turns.
I use this tray to hold earring on cards that have posts.
This item holds my business sign.
Now for my new displays.
Isn't it cute. 50 cents. I love the curls and swirls.
It has this glass ball on top. Very glamorous
.
I love this bowl at the bottom. More items can fit inside
Sorry about not cropping. I found this one for $2.00. I think I will keep this one for my self. Wanna see?
It has a little bowl too. So happy.
It holds all my earrings except my hoops. Will find another display to those
I love the swirls on this one as well. I put two earrings into on groove
Again, sorry. Not lazy, just having computer problems. Another 50 cent find. I have not decided to use this one. I will let you know.
I wish everything cost 50 cents( Yes, I got this one for ....... 50 cents). I know I am going to put this on my table, but in what capacity, I dunno.
I do know, I am going to attach this base to something more sturdy.
